01Introduction & Agreement
Welcome to LlamaChilly ("Platform," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered restaurant reservation automation services, website, APIs, and associated software (collectively, the "Services").
By registering for, accessing, or utilizing our Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") enter into a legally binding agreement and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an entity (such as a restaurant group or hospitality corporation), you represent that you possess the legal authority to bind such entity.
02Service Provision & AI Interactions
LlamaChilly provides automated conversational agents designed to qualify leads, answer customer inquiries, and process reservations across platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Web Chat.
- AI Performance: Our neural architecture is designed for high precision. The Client acknowledges that AI responses may occasionally be unpredictable. The Client is responsible for reviewing high-value interactions.
- Account Connectivity: You must provide authorization and API credentials for your CRM, POS systems (e.g., Lightspeed, Mews), and social media accounts.
- Uptime Commitment: We are committed to maintaining high availability for all accounts. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 48 hours in advance.

03Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance
As a processor of end-user data (your restaurant guests), we strictly adhere to rigorous data protection standards, including GDPR and CCPA.
You retain full ownership of all guest data, reservation histories, and conversational logs processed through the Platform. We utilize anonymized, aggregated metadata solely for the purpose of refining and training our core neural models to improve conversion rates globally across our network. We implement AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

04Financial Obligations
LlamaChilly operates on a transparent subscription model without hidden commission fees on reservations.
- Billing Cycles: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected tier (Core, Smart, or Enterprise).
- Renewals & Cancellations: Subscriptions auto-renew automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the renewal date. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new implementations.
- Limits: Specific plans may have concurrency limits on simultaneous AI conversations. Exceeding these limits may result in queued responses or require an upgrade.
05Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LlamaChilly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (including lost tables or misbooked reservations).
Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you to LlamaChilly during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
